Delicious, organically grown garlic!
Our Inchelium Red garlic is planted, maintained, harvested and cleaned all by hand, with never any sprays or chemical fertilizers.
Discovered on an Indian reservation in Washington, this mid-season artichoke-type, softneck variety is a national taste-test winner. With its pleasing rich flavor and medium pungency, it's easy to see why it won the prize. Produces good-sized bulbs with large cloves. Stores well for 6-9 months if kept in a cool, dry, dark place. We recommend nylon stockings, netted onion bags or paper bags and hanging in a closet or similar location.
We proudly grow everything on our farm organically, with our family putting in hours of hard work and love into the ground to produce quality food we can be proud to sell to our community.

black angus beef
Quality, organically raised beef!
Our small herd of registered black angus cattle is family-raised on our farm. They are all natural, grass-fed and are also fed non-GMO grain throughout their life, producing a more tender finished product with nice marbling and better flavor.
A $250 deposit will be required to reserve your beef.
$4.25/lb times hanging weight for the cost of the beef, less your deposit, plus kill fee and cut & wrap butcher fee. We will put you in contact with our butcher and you will then give them instruction on your order and will pay them for their portion of service. Once your beef is ready to pick up from the butcher, we will make arrangements with you for delivery or pick-up. Payment is due at the time you receive your beef.
