Due to fluctuating market and operational costs, pricing structure is subject to change before selections are made. Final puppy prices to be set after birth, upon making your specific puppy choice.
Although we typically only provide Limited Registration contracts, Full Registration may be considered for select homes for an additional $1,500 and requires a more in-depth screening & selection process. Experience owning English Bulldogs and financial stability are required. Having the ability to breed & show your dog is a huge commitment, and as breeders we bear the responsibility of ensuring those privileges aren't granted lightly. Please do your research and make sure you are fully prepared before considering breeding any dog.
deposit
$850
A deposit will be required to reserve your puppy. We will never pressure or demand a family place a deposit with us, but are happy to accept deposits from families who are ready to move forward, once you have been approved, have made an agreement with us as your breeder, and have been given payment instructions. The deposit goes towards the total price of your puppy, with balance due at pickup.
Upon making puppies available for reservation, selections are granted on a first come first serve basis, with preference given in order of deposits received and consideration given to those who have been waiting longest if multiple requests to place deposits are received within a similar time frame. All selections are at the discretion and ultimate decision of your breeder. Although we cannot guarantee the availability of all desired choices, we make every effort possible with each litter to ensure all puppy parents are pleased and 100% sure of your choice of puppy.
Deposits are non-refundable in most cases but may be transferred to a future Fields' Folly litter if a desired puppy is not born or available. Once puppies have been born and you have accepted the option to select a puppy from that litter, your deposit is non-refundable. If at any point after placing a deposit you become non-responsive, fail to properly communicate with us, or become non-compliant with our requests, program, terms and relationship, the deposit will be considered forfeit and non-refundable. If circumstances beyond your control occur before puppies are born, which prevent you from being unable to keep your commitment, any decision to refund at that point is at the ultimate discretion of your breeder. In the rare event of a refund, funds will be returned to you once your held position is claimed by the next person who places their deposit. A lot of hours go into building a relationship with you as a puppy buyer, preparing paperwork, and providing you with constant photos, videos, and personalized updates. A deposit secures your choice of puppy, reflects your commitment to your breeder and that puppy, and compensates your breeder's investment into you as a puppy parent. We want you to be confident in your decision to move forward with us as your breeder, as we are confident in our decision to move forward with you!
We take deposits seriously and as a sign of a family's commitment to us as your choice of breeder and to your future puppy. A decision to place a deposit should only be made if your family is committed and ready to reserve one of our puppies, not just as a backup while shopping around. We do understand timing and uncertainty of when the right puppy will become available can play a factor in this decision, but we will make every effort possible to make sure you're pleased with your decision. We hope every family we choose is as dedicated to us as we are to them!

GENETICS TESTING
Genetics testing is performed on all of our breeding dogs, including CMR1, DM & HUU.
As ethical breeders we will not perform carrier to carrier breedings and will therefore not produce litters which are at risk or affected with any of these genetic disorders.
Test results available upon request.
Canine Multifocal Retinopathy 1 (CMR1)
Canine multifocal retinopathy 1 is an inherited eye disease characterized by areas of retinal detachment. The disease does not typically lead to blindness or vision deficits.
Degenerative Myelopathy (DM)
Degenerative myelopathy (DM) is an inherited neurologic disorder of dogs characterized by gradual muscle wasting and loss of coordination typically beginning in the hind limbs.
Hyperuricosuria (HUU)
Hyperuricosuria is an inherited disorder characterized by elevated levels of uric acid in the urine that can lead to the formation of bladder/kidney stones.
Our stud dogs, including studs we use from other breeders, have testing performed by a vet for heart, patellas and trachea, with results registered with OFA.
Our goal is to breed quality, healthy English Bulldogs, and to improve the breed by eliminating the risk of passing down diseases that commonly affect the breed.
Test results available upon request.
Congenital Cardiac Disease (Heart)
Congenital heart disease in dogs is a malformation of the heart or great vessels. The lesions characterizing congenital heart defects are present at birth and may develop more fully during perinatal and growth periods. Many congenital heart defects are thought to be genetically transmitted from parents to offspring; however, the exact modes of inheritance have not been precisely determined for all cardiovascular malformations.
Patellar Luxation (Patellas)
The patella, or kneecap, is part of the stifle joint (knee). In patellar luxation, the kneecap luxates, or pops out of place, either in a medial or lateral position.
Bilateral involvement is most common, but unilateral is not uncommon. Animals can be affected by the time they are eight weeks of age. The most notable finding is a knock-knee (genu valgum) stance. The patella is usually reducible, and laxity of the medial collateral ligament may be evident. The medial retinacular tissues of the stifle joint are often thickened, and the foot can be seen to twist laterally as weight is placed on the limb.
Tracheal Hypoplasia (Trachea)
With Tracheal Hypoplasia the trachea has a decreased luminal diameter resulting in breathing difficulties. The condition is common in Bulldog and non-Bulldog brachycephalic breeds.
Cystinuria Type 3
Dogs with cystinuria are deficient of a specific protein the kidneys use to transport cystine. Normal kidneys reabsorb cystine so that only small amounts pass into the urine. Dogs with cystinuria fail to reabsorb cystine. Excessive cystine can form crystals and/or stones in the urinary tract, which can block the ureters or urethra and stop the normal flow of urine, causing straining to urinate, blood in urine, frequent urination of small volumes or inability to urinate. Recurrent inflammation of the urinary tract can happen and if not treated, urinary stones can cause UTI's, kidney failure and even death.
