Due to fluctuating market and operational costs, pricing structure is subject to change before selections are made. Final puppy prices to be set after birth, upon making your specific puppy choice.

Although we typically only provide Limited Registration contracts, Full Registration may be considered for select homes for an additional $1,500 and requires a more in-depth screening & selection process. Experience owning English Bulldogs and financial stability are required. Having the ability to breed & show your dog is a huge commitment, and as breeders we bear the responsibility of ensuring those privileges aren't granted lightly. Please do your research and make sure you are fully prepared before considering breeding any dog.

deposit

$850

A deposit will be required to reserve your puppy. We will never pressure or demand a family place a deposit with us, but are happy to accept deposits from families who are ready to move forward, once you have been approved, have made an agreement with us as your breeder, and have been given payment instructions. The deposit goes towards the total price of your puppy, with balance due at pickup.

Upon making puppies available for reservation, selections are granted on a first come first serve basis, with preference given in order of deposits received and consideration given to those who have been waiting longest if multiple requests to place deposits are received within a similar time frame. All selections are at the discretion and ultimate decision of your breeder. Although we cannot guarantee the availability of all desired choices, we make every effort possible with each litter to ensure all puppy parents are pleased and 100% sure of your choice of puppy.

Deposits are non-refundable in most cases but may be transferred to a future Fields' Folly litter if a desired puppy is not born or available. Once puppies have been born and you have accepted the option to select a puppy from that litter, your deposit is non-refundable. If at any point after placing a deposit you become non-responsive, fail to properly communicate with us, or become non-compliant with our requests, program, terms and relationship, the deposit will be considered forfeit and non-refundable
. If circumstances beyond your control occur before puppies are born, which prevent you from being unable to keep your commitment, any decision to refund at that point is at the ultimate discretion of your breeder. In the rare event of a refund, funds will be returned to you once your held position is claimed by the next person who places their deposit.  A lot of hours go into building a relationship with you as a puppy buyer, preparing paperwork, and providing you with constant photos, videos, and personalized updates. A deposit secures your choice of puppy, reflects your commitment to your breeder and that puppy, and compensates your breeder's investment into you as a puppy parent. We want you to be confident in your decision to move forward with us as your breeder, as we are confident in our decision to move forward with you!

We take deposits seriously and as a sign of a family's commitment to us as your choice of breeder and to your future puppy. A decision to place a deposit should only be made if your family is committed and ready to reserve one of our puppies, not just as a backup while shopping around. We do understand timing and uncertainty of when the right puppy will become available can play a factor in this decision, but we will make every effort possible to make sure you're pleased with your decision. We hope every family we choose is as dedicated to us as we are to them!

GENETICS TESTING
GenSol-Diagnostics-Logo.png
Genetics testing is performed on all of our breeding dogs, including CMR1, DM & HUU.
As ethical breeders we will not perform carrier to carrier breedings and will therefore not produce litters which are at risk or affected with any of these genetic disorders.
Test results available upon request.

Canine Multifocal Retinopathy 1 (CMR1)

Canine multifocal retinopathy 1 is an inherited eye disease characterized by areas of retinal detachment. The disease does not typically lead to blindness or vision deficits.

Degenerative Myelopathy (DM)

Degenerative myelopathy (DM) is an inherited neurologic disorder of dogs characterized by gradual muscle wasting and loss of coordination typically beginning in the hind limbs.

Hyperuricosuria (HUU)

Hyperuricosuria is an inherited disorder characterized by elevated levels of uric acid in the urine that can lead to the formation of bladder/kidney stones.

OFA
Our stud dogs, including studs we use from other breeders, have testing performed by a vet for heart, patellas and trachea, with results registered with OFA.
Our goal is to breed quality, healthy English Bulldogs, and to improve the breed by eliminating the risk of passing down diseases that commonly affect the breed.
Test results available upon request.

Congenital Cardiac Disease (Heart)

Congenital heart disease in dogs is a malformation of the heart or great vessels. The lesions characterizing congenital heart defects are present at birth and may develop more fully during perinatal and growth periods. Many congenital heart defects are thought to be genetically transmitted from parents to offspring; however, the exact modes of inheritance have not been precisely determined for all cardiovascular malformations.

Patellar Luxation (Patellas)

The patella, or kneecap, is part of the stifle joint (knee). In patellar luxation, the kneecap luxates, or pops out of place, either in a medial or lateral position.
Bilateral involvement is most common, but unilateral is not uncommon. Animals can be affected by the time they are eight weeks of age. The most notable finding is a knock-knee (genu valgum) stance. The patella is usually reducible, and laxity of the medial collateral ligament may be evident. The medial retinacular tissues of the stifle joint are often thickened, and the foot can be seen to twist laterally as weight is placed on the limb.

Tracheal Hypoplasia (Trachea)

With Tracheal Hypoplasia the trachea has a decreased luminal diameter resulting in breathing difficulties. The condition is common in Bulldog and non-Bulldog brachycephalic breeds.

Cystinuria Type 3

Dogs with cystinuria are deficient of a specific protein the kidneys use to transport cystine. Normal kidneys reabsorb cystine so that only small amounts pass into the urine. Dogs with cystinuria fail to reabsorb cystine. Excessive cystine can form crystals and/or stones in the urinary tract, which can block the ureters or urethra and stop the normal flow of urine, causing straining to urinate, blood in urine, frequent urination of small volumes or inability to urinate. Recurrent inflammation of the urinary tract can happen and if not treated, urinary stones can cause UTI's, kidney failure and even death.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

In our puppy parents

We put a lot of time, money, work and love into every single puppy we raise, and therefore have high expectations and demands of every puppy parent who chooses to take on the responsibility of raising those puppies for the rest of their lives. Those who love English Bulldogs know they aren't just dogs, they're family members, and do everything humanly possible to give those babies the absolute best life possible.

We have the responsibility of being very thorough and thoughtful in our search for the best puppy parents by researching, interviewing and approving each potential mom & dad before committing our beloved babies to their new lives with them. During this process some of the things we look for are experience with English Bulldogs, financial stability,  friendly personalities, love to give, stable employment, nice home with a safe environment, schedules which allow for time to dedicate to raising a puppy, the capability and willingness to have all medical needs treated, and a connection with us so both parties feel comfortable and trusting that it is a good fit.

As a policy we will not sell a puppy to someone buying as a surprise gift for someone living outside their household. Whomever is going to be the pup's forever family must be all in and have put the time and thought into the serious decision of bringing home their new family member. If a puppy is given as a gift, the risk of it not working out is too great and we highly advise against it. This should be a careful decision made by the new parents themselves.

We are always excited to build relationships with our parents and watch our puppies grow with them while they give the utmost care and devotion to their new kiddos. We enjoy each conversation and interaction and just know when we find the right people to join our puppy family. We are always happy to hear that people appreciate that we're so careful with our selections, and we would expect each interested person to feel the same way and invite us to get to know them and their lives a little before making that very important decision.
Grunge Wall
why choose us?

Trust

With so many people breeding these days and a lot of them being scammers, backyard breeders, or simply in it for the money, finding a breeder you can trust and a healthy puppy who's been raised in a good home can be a daunting task. When searching for a breeder, the most important thing is to find someone you are comfortable with, regardless if it's us or someone else. Your relationship with your breeder is very important and a reputable breeder will provide lifelong support for your pup. You can count on us as your breeder to always be there for you and your pup when you have questions through breeding, the first 8 weeks with us and the rest of their life. We love all our dogs and puppies; they are our pets and part of our family and live with us in our home, not outdoors or in a kennel, so you can trust they are loved and cared for in every way possible.

Another concern for a lot of puppy buyers is in regards to payment and deposit. We process all deposits securely through PayPal or Venmo and provide receipts for every financial transaction so you can have the peace of mind knowing you have had a professional transaction with the records to back it up. We will not request or accept any deposit until we have spoken with the buyer, interviewed and approved them, and both parties are 100% confident in moving forward. Never send anyone a deposit after email- or chat-only demands, without talking to the breeder directly and without seeing many photos and videos of the parents and puppies.

Communication

By far the most repeated compliment we hear from our buyers and one of the things we truly pride ourselves on that sets us apart from other breeders is our excellent communication. We consistently hear of others having a difficult time getting in contact with a breeder when asking for information, or in even getting photos and updates of their puppy after reserving their pup. We value the relationships we have with our buyers and followers, and make ourselves available every day to answer questions and provide updates. We respond right away to inquiries or waiting list requests, and when puppies are born we create a litter-exclusive online album and upload photos, videos and updates of the puppies almost daily so you can watch your puppy grow and conversate with us so you can be included in those precious first few weeks. We know how hard it is to be away from your puppy until you finally get to meet them and we try to provide the entire experience of getting to know your pup so you are in love and feel bonded when the day finally comes to take them home.

Professionalism

Laura's background in office & business administration, accounting, graphic design and customer service, her college degree in Business Information Technology, and her career as an architectural office manager bring to the table a higher level of quality and service than you may see from other breeders. Here you are guaranteed the highest degree of professionalism and courtesy with our responses, paperwork, presentation and the way in which we handle every interaction and transaction.  You deserve not only a beautiful, quality puppy, but an all around incredible experience.

Experience

We have owned bulldogs since 2001 and have been breeding since 2017. As a result of our thoroughness in breeding, whelping and finding the right homes, we are proud to say we've never had a puppy returned or pass away after being reserved or going to their new homes. English bulldogs are our life, love and family. We live and breathe these special creatures and their precious puppies we are so blessed to bring into this world so we can provide others with the gift of a wonderful new family member. This is our livelihood and as a result we have learned so much over the years which allows us to answer questions or issues that may come up when someone takes their puppy home, or to be able to provide advice in general to those who may need it. Furthermore, we also have a close relationship with our own breeder and mentor who has over 25 years of breeding experience, and can tap into that valuable resource if there's ever a problem or question that we may need some additional input on, so you can rest assured you have a support system in place for you and your puppy if you ever need it!

TRANSPORT
We do not ship our puppies or use a transport or flight nanny service of any kind. We understand some of you may live far away, and for the safety, security and wellbeing of our puppies, we prefer to meet all our families in person and have them take their puppy home with them.

Moving away from all they've ever known with new people is a stressful time for these little guys, and we don't want to add any more to that than necessary by putting them through the process of shipping and being handled by strangers we don't know. We aren't comfortable with the slightest risk of theft or physical/emotional harm, no matter how reputable the service providers might be. Knowing they're in the safe, loving arms of their new family all the way home is important to us and we feel it should be to you as well.

We encourage you to consider making the trip yourself if you aren't located in the Pacific Northwest.  We are happy to discuss meeting locations to make your special pickup day more convenient for you if flying in or driving a long distance. We promise it's worth the trip!
visitation policy
Although we are a small business and sell our products and puppies, we are a private home and do not have a storefront.

There are some people who may want to visit our property or come see our puppies and breeding program; however, due to the real possibility of someone unknowingly introducing Parvo or other harmful diseases by handling our dogs or tracking in on their feet, we have made the decision to not allow visitors onto our property. Parvo can prove fatal to an entire litter if contracted, and can also live in the ground for years. We are aware of breeders who have had to go through that incredible tragedy simply by having an open door visitor policy.

Additionally, it can be dangerous for any family, not to mention one with a very valuable & desirable breed of dogs and puppies, to allow strangers into our home. With dog thefts and danger to breeders on the rise, it is a very real safety concern for any family and breeder with desirable dogs. The safety of our dogs and puppies is of the highest importance to us and we try to limit any potential risks as much as possible.

We know those of you wanting to find a good breeder and healthy puppy feel it is important to see the environment your puppy is being raised in, and have confidence in your decision in this day in age where scams and puppy mills are abundant. We want to keep our puppies and family safe while at the same time providing you the peace of mind you need in your choice of breeder. We are always happy to provide a live video walkthrough of our home and property, or video chat visits with us and your puppy. Please contact us if this is something you'd like to schedule!

We also understand there may be some who want to visit puppies before selecting and placing a deposit in order to see which puppy they feel a connection with; however, our puppies are typically reserved at birth by those on our waiting list and therefore have not yet developed their playful, individual personalities. We always provide constant photo and video updates to our puppy parents so they can develop that connection as they watch their puppy grow every day. As a result, every single one is head over heels in love and feels that bond by the time they bring their puppy home.

Thanks for your understanding and for helping us to maintain a safe environment for our family and pups!
